Day Two

Let’s about engaging in healthy exercise habits. We should go out for walks, eat healthy, and continuing to move our bodies. Studies say; “Sitting is the new smoking.”, which means sitting is nearly as bad as smoking. It is important to start the day with being active.

Let’s start small, and continue to build ourselves up. Learn to spend 15, 20 minutes just focusing on moving our body, and continue to be active. If you aren’t someone who has made a lot of time in the past to exercise, it will take a bit of time to get into the habit of exercising. But there is no reason to be hard on yourself, and give up.

We just got to put in some time and energy. Which is important to start small, because you don’t want to over do it and hurt yourself in the process. It also becomes less stressful if you don’t think about the results, instead of you just do it, to better yourself, so you can reap the benefits of exercising. There are many benefits to exercising. And there are a variety of ways that count towards exercising like stretching, taking a walk, lifting weights, riding a bike, swimming, etc. Some of these benefits of exercising include a healthy of way to destress, improve cognitive thinking, increased immune system, better sleep, and so many other benefits.

Although I would recommend not exercising too close to bedtime, since it might recharge you, where you become too alert to fall asleep.

Today, I will put some effort and energy into exercising. In the process I will not compare myself to others, instead I will just focus on my abilities. I will show up every day to better myself. I will think of the benefits, instead of the pain.

Healthy Living

I have been concerned about my memory because I have been having a few difficulties keep track of everything. Perhaps it’s just the season, or not sleeping through the night.

I’m only in my 20’s so that means I have to take care of myself. This is something I have been striving for. I eat an apple a day, I try to get seven or so hours of sleep a night and exercise.

I should also be focusing on my memory and doing brain activities to improve my brain function.

Today, I will strengthen myself by doing something that will benefit me. These activities include running, reading, lifting weights anything else that is active.


Today I went for a run, that was so great because I haven’t been for a run in a long time!

Before I went for a run I did my morning stretches as well as a few yoga poses. I climbed stairs during my run. I climbed 556 stairs so I am very proud of myself.

Then when I came back home I did some more stretches. I did lunges whilst I was carrying my 5 pound weights and then I did a couple of weight exercises. That was fun.

Then my mama showed me some more weight exercises since my mama does a lot of weight exercises.

Exercising brings people together! I am sad because with the cold weather comes snow so I wouldn’t be able to go for many jogs but at least I can gain strength from lifting weights. Luckily today was a nice day.

Today, I will do some form of exercise and keep up at it. Find ways to make exercising fun. I listen to some great up beat music.Your future self will thank you for staying in shape.
