Spend Time with Family

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to spend time with my dad and his parents. We had a lot of fun.

We watched Ellen and then we socialized over dinner and then we had dessert followed by Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.

I solved a lot of the puzzles. I love watching Wheel of Fortune.

Lesson of the Day…

I will take time to spend time with the family.

Don’t Waste Time

I know this may come across as ironic – writing a blog about not wasting time so I’m going to keep this short and simple.

I set goals for myself to get certain things done but some days I just can’t or I am too tired. I have come to realize that wasted time does add up. I am working really hard to to cease this bad habit of mine.

Today, I will dedicate and use my time wisely, no more stalling to achieve what I wish for.

At times I can be really bad at managing my time and priorities. I have so much on the go right now. I have a tendency of wasting time. I think maybe if I did this then my inspiration will come so I would put off certain tasks because of that. This only leads me to rush things and it could have been so much better.

Tomorrow I will try my best to not waste any time.

One of the quotes that is helpful is; “First things first.” and “Easy does it” and “Keep it simple.” These are helping me by not trying to complicate things. I need to keep repeating these to myself in times of stress and wasting time.

Budget Your Time

Despite that I overslept than I usually do I still managed to get done everything I needed. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner, washed the dishes, put away my laundry and tidied a bit. Mind you this doesn’t sound like a lot but I had to save my energy for work.

I even had time to sun tan whilst eating my yoghurt. I took a 15 minute nap before I began my journey to work.
