Because many of many American followers are going to be celebrating Thanksgiving, I decided to decidate the weekly quote to remind them, and others to express our gratitude. Not just when we’re celebrating Thanksgiving, but for every day.
It is always good to have a big heart that can find gratitude every day.
Self care is extremely important, especially with how chaotic the world is right now. It’s okay to not be okay when the world isn’t okay. The vast majority of the world’s population haven’t lived in a pandemic before, so it’s okay to not always know what you need to do next.
But what you should always do is, learn to take care of yourself. It’s important to engage in healthy coping mechanisms like yoga, meditation, or other forms of exercises. Another tip is work on a plan on making sure you are getting enough sleep every night. Work on maintaining a healthy diet of vegetables and fruits.
But it’s also important to learn to take a rest, instead of quitting. Lets use this time of uncertainty to work together, and strengthen others, instead of bringing people down. It’s okay to ask for help. This pandemic is a hardship for everyone. Most importantly, make time to do things that make you happy.
I wish I had painted this on a rock, but I found it on Facebook.
I just love this quote. It reminds me to not be so ungrateful for all of my hardships and struggles, instead I should embrace what it is going to teach me instead. Most of the time, we forget that what we are going through, is to help make us stronger.
Another things is that we forget that our hardships remind us that we should focus on being happy, and all of the things that we are grateful for.
I feel like whenever bad things happen to us, we often ask the universe, “Why me?” but when good things happen to us, we never ask the universe, “Why me?”.
So next time, things aren’t going your way, think positively, and think about all of the things you are grateful for.
Here is an inspiring quote to bring you positive vibes to help you overcome any obstacles throughout the week.
I love this quote because it is a simple reminder that no matter how broken you may be or think you are, you are simply falling into place that you need to be. If we aren’t broken, how else will the light come through us?
It is also a reminder that we often fall in love with broken things, like stained glass murals, kaleidoscopes, etc. And that we fail to realize that we love broken things. Although when we are broken, we fail to see the beauty and strength in others, and even in ourselves for that matter.
So next time that you feel like you’re broken, just remember that you are still strong, and beautiful and that you are still lovable, no matter what.
Here is your weekly quote, always remember that the power is always in you, no matter what. You might not have enough energy today, but tomorrow is always a new day, so learn to not be so hard on yourself.
The chapter we are going through in our lives, is different from someone else’s lives, so it is a waste of energy to compare yourself to someone else’s chapter. Focus on you, and keep on thriving for greatness. Never sell yourself short.
I figured this was a great quote for Thanksgiving Monday. I really hope that all of our gratitude that we have had for today and over the weekend, will roll over into the upcoming week. I am big believer of expressing gratitude.
I really like this quote because it provides us with a lot of insight of how you should take things easily, and try your best to reduce your stresses.
I’m not sure what the weather is like where everyone lives, but I hope that you are enjoying the tail end of whichever season you are currently in, waiting for the transition to the next season.
My wish is that you truly embrace all that it has to offer, since it won’t be returning for another eight months or so.
Right now, my country is in the transition to Autumn, which I love, but I do feel a bit sad that summer is ending. I love that Autumn is a reminder that it’s okay to let things go, as the tree branches become bare from the loss of their leaves. I do miss the sun, since it isn’t out as much as it was during the summer. Although, it is perfect for watching scary movies.
I will always look ahead with positive vibes and thoughts that this Autumn will be the best one, yet!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week ahead. It’s the beginning of something great, a clean slate to start all over, to start new projects. Don’t take these moments for granted. And always go after what you want to accomplish!
Something I have learned is I should never hide who I am, my quirks is what makes me unique. I should embrace everything that makes me, as should everyone else. If we hide who we truly are, than we are not ourselves. The universe needs us, not the selves we conceal from the world, but our true selves.
I hope everyone has an amazing week ahead. And don’t forget to be you. You won’t regret it. 🙂 ❤
Since today is the last day of summer, I found a quote that was perfect for the night before Autumn equinox.
In case you can’t read it, it says, “Be like a tree, let the dead leaves drop.” -Rumi
I love this quote because it’s a reminder that you can be strong enough to let things go, whether it be a toxic friend, family member, psychical items, digital items, etc. Learn to be free. And I like this quote because it reminds me of Autumn, it’s my favourite season.
