Body Lotion

On this edition of Feel Good Fridays, I am going to talk about how amazing body lotion is. Every Friday (usually, Fridays, but as of lately I have been really busy), I talk about small habits that we can in a matter of minutes to help make us feel better. Some days we find it difficult to do some of the easiest tasks, and we spend all of this energy on avoiding the task. Or maybe we have just ran out of energy, or didn’t have any at all. I have come up with simple solutions to help you feel good, and feel better about whatever your situation may be.

Never underestimate the power of applying body lotion. Not only does it hydrate your skin, but the beautiful scents and the ability to relax you.

I love applying body lotion after my shower, and before bed. It really makes me feel good about myself. It’s important that we take care of our skin, especially since the skin is the biggest organ in our body.
