Know What You Are Connected To

Sometimes it’s better to make better habits, than resolutions. When you make resolutions, of let’s say losing weight, since it is a common resolution, and you don’t plan on either changing your dietary habits, or exercising habits. then you are setting yourself up for failure. You can’t expect to lose weight, if you aren’t willing to change your habits. So it is better to tell yourself to make healthier choices and habits when you can.

Although just know you are more than what you weight, how much money you have in the bank. Your happiness shouldn’t necessarily be tied to any of these following. You shouldn’t let what you don’t or do have has for happiness. It doesn’t really work like that.

I feel like it is healthy to have good habits for money, food and exercise. But you shouldn’t base your happiness off of these things. Your happiness lies in your heart and your mind.

This was so deep and I didn’t know I needed to hear this until now because I compare myself to others all the time and feel like I need to be skinny to feel good about myself. But that should not be my motivation to lose weight.

Exactly. And sometimes it easier for our minds to focus on the bad, than the good. I mean it’s easier for us to see and recognize the things that went bad that day, ir throughout the day than to see the good. Mostly because I think, no matter how hard the tried, or did well. I think it stems from that we could have always done better.

And that is something we have to change our thinking. We have to realize that our efforts are good enough, and that we are good enough as well.

It’s hard at the beginning to change your thinking and thought process, but in the long run, it is worthwhile. It’s important to see the good in ourselves and other people. ❤

It’s definitely easier to compare ourselves to others and focus on what we don’t have, rather than focusing on what we do have! We’re all our worst critic, so everyone is hard on themselves.

You are so right! Knowing that we’re enough and perfect the way we are can be a major confidence and mental health boost!

It’ll definitely be an ongoing process because again, it’s easier to focus on the negatives, rather than the positives. But hopefully overtime, we’ll look at ourselves in the mirror and be happy with who we are!

        If that makes sense?

In reality creation you be what you are trying to he until it is a reality. But if your stop being that person than it is not the person you actually want to be. The most important thing is to be happy and use that state if mind to acheive what you want to achieve.
