Day 89 of 193

This is Saturday’s item.

I remember when my parents took us on a road trip when I was younger. We went sight seeing, and had a lot of fun.

We went to a gift shop, where we did a bit of shopping. My sister and I bought this key chain that was shaped as a cell phone, but it was a calculator. We thought it was the coolest thing ever. Although looking at it now, it was quite ironic that it was shaped as a phone because at the time cell phones were becoming really common. We must have bought this early 2000s.

I am throwing this away because these days I have an actual calculator on my phone, and it doesn’t work anyway. I also learned that I don’t have to keep it in order to remember the road trip.
