Breaking a Habit

So, I just reading Practicing the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. It is a great book, so far.

It’s about how to put forth the advice from his previous book into action.

“Make it your practice to withdraw attention from past and future whenever they are not needed. Step out of the time dimension as much as possible in everyday life.”

This is something I have been trying to work on in my life. I feel like it’s important to stay in the present. Not only is it important, but it is necessary to live in the present.
