These days are just going by way too fast.
But I have been doing my exercises and my stretches. I am slowly but surely adding more water throughout my day. I drank two glasses today and I had a cup of tea when I woke up. That’s good.
I have been feeling a bit better. Lately I’ve been sad. This is why I like running it really helps me destress.
Goals this Week
1. Continue to drink more water.
2. Give others words of wisdom.
3. Read.
