Day 77

This week has been very difficult for some reason and I don’t know.

It was stressful thinking I had lost my great grandmother’s pearl necklace. But luckily my boyfriend’s mama found it for me.

I’ve been trying to think happy thoughts and do things that make me happy.

I went for an hour long walk, that was refreshing. I haven’t been doing the stairs but I have been doing my stretches.

I have been reading this week. This is something I really need to get back into.

My boyfriend and I have discussed budget where we can a pizza night. That will cut back on our take out nights.
