I cannot believe how fast this year is going by…
I have been feeling better about myself. I’ve started to get in a routine where I can exercise more. I done a lot of running and stretches. I’ve began stair climbing. I’ve only done that twice this year since it has been slippery from ice and cold weather. I’m proud of achievements with that.
I have been going to bed earlier. That is helpful.
Although I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed and stressed. I have a really busy weekend. Good thing running relieves stress.
I cleaned my house although now I just have to declutter a lot of stuff. This will spark a lot of joy. I cannot wait for that.
