Day 49

I have learnt a lot about this week about myself.

My room is slowly coming along. I’ve been working on my memory boxes.

I have getting back into my exercises again. I am trying to set time for yoga and meditation.

I learnt that when in doubt; ask. Try to make peace when you hurt someone’s feelings.

This Week’s Resolutions
1. Start your day with a creative project or by doing something creative. (Like colouring, sewing, etc.,)
2. Set some time for exercise
3. End the day with relaxing (writing in a journal, mediation a cup of bedtime tea).
