Day 35

Wow, hard to believe that five weeks has flown by already…

This week was a bit difficult for some reason, I don’t know why but it was.

I didn’t even try to go to bed early. I stayed up late which made my mornings rushed. I wasn’t able to any morning stretches or yoga. Maybe this is why I haven’t been feeling well.

I had a few healthy meals (such as mango salad, cashew nut chicken, oatmeal) and healthy snacks like a banana and kiwi.

Organizing my room is a little difficult to get back into. I would take breaks from it and then come back to it.

I am also working on keeping my mind more alert.

This week has shown me that there is plenty of ways I can improve myself and my habits.
