I apologize in advance for not posting this last night. I was really tired and basically fell asleep after I ate dinner. Well after I brushed my teeth.
Anyway, before my boyfriend came home from work I sliced the chicken. I bought frozen vegetables instead so I could save time and money.
I cooked in the chicken with sesame seed oil and then I added the vegetables. Meanwhile I boiled the water and simmered the rice.
I used Jasmine rice – my favourite. The vegetables I used were broccoli, red peppers, water chestnuts, bamboo, onions and mushrooms.
