Stress

Stress it happens to the best of us. And there are several of different ways to handle it. Everyone is different.

Here’s a list of things of I do when I’m feeling g stressed…
1. Make myself a cup of tea – Earl Grey is my favourite.
2. Listen to music – upbeat music and dancing away my problems.
3. Read a book – something that offers insight and positivity.
4. Cleaning my room – getting things organized relaxes me.
5. Taking a nap.

Today, I will let go of my stress in a healthy and productive manner.
