Today, I spent some time creating art for my boyfriend so when he comes home from work he will light up.
I enjoy colouring and there is even scientific research that shows it can be used as a meditative exercise.
Also making something like that is a nice gesture and make someone smile.
Today, I will express my creativity to someone I admire. Expressing your creativity is a healthy to let go of stress and unhappy thoughts. You don’t even need to be an artist to do this.
