Take Care of Yourself

It is crucial to take care of yourself. You must get plenty of sleep, drink your fluids – lemon water is my personal favourite, eat your veggies!

I personally love to have an apple a day. I even inspired my boyfriend to eat healthy and he enjoys his apple a day as well.

Always brush your teeth to protect yourself against gingivitis and cavities and other unhealthy penalties of not regularly brushing.

Exercising is also important. You must keep your body in shape. You will be extremely grateful for when you are older.

Try lifting weights to prevent bone loss.

Do anything you can!

Today, I will eat healthy and learn how to properly take care of myself. I will always take the time to go the extra mile.
