Whenever our electronics are about to die, our immediate reaction is to charge them but whenever we feel the same we force ourselves to stay up because “we have to”.
We burn ourselves out. We all have various reasons for lacking sleep and eating, perhaps we have insomnia, loud neighbours, last minute errands/projects to complete. Some of these reasons are avoidable such as the need to build better prioritizing and organizational skills. Although not all of them are avoidable.
As of lately I haven’t been getting a lot of sleep and I forget to eat meals. I’ve noticed a lack of creativity and attention span without these two.
Sleep and eating are essential to our health without both we become overwhelmed an stressed. It’s also important to try your best.
Well, I’m off to catch up on some zzzzs…
