A Random Act of Kindness

I visited my sister at work today and afterwards I was walking towards my bus stop.

As soon as I got there, a woman approached me asking me if I had money or another bus ticket and I confessed that I didn’t; which is the truth.

All she had was a bus transfer that expired in twenty minutes and she has a brain injury and needed to go grocery shopping still. Since I only needed to catch one bus home I agreed to exchange my bus ticket for her bus transfer.

She was grateful that I did that. I am glad that I was able to help her. 🙂

“No random act of kindness no matter how small is ever wasted.”
